Top skirt has green drawstring ribbon that you can drop, pull up a little or a lot – whatever suits your tropical pup! Underskirt is duel shades of teal to coordinate with tropical theme top skirt. Lower skirt is trimmed in green rick rack. Bodice is trimmed in green rick rack with two small pineapple adornments. Wide teal grosgrain ribbon waist bow with sequined center.
