The CDC recommends wearing cloth face masks to help prevent the spread of illness. Face Masks can also reduce inhalation of dust, pollen, and other airborne irritants. Cloth masks are not a substitute for N-95 respirators and are not a guarantee of complete protection from illness. Ask your doctor for his or her recommendation for the right mask for you.
